Refund Policy: Web Design And Web Development Project

• If Clients are not satisfied with the mock up provided and want to change the service provider. Money will be refunded after deducting 25% of the labor cost from the total sum

• If we are unable to start the project and will not be able to start in near future due to other prior projects (100% refund)

• Client wants to cancel the project within 12 hours of making payment (75% refunds)

• There will be 50% refund done once the mock up is approved by you and we have moved up to the designing process. (Only Development cost will be refunded after deduction of labor charges.)

• No amount will be refunded in the case if other web design companies were hired to work on the same project simultaneously.
• Due to the nature of our service, we are unable to provide any refunds after the website is completed and approved.
